Poor communication between management creates a hostile working environment in which managers refuse to accept personal responsibility and pass blame to each other to keep senior management from blaming them.

Cons
Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
