Cons
Executives undervalue experience, rotating senior leaders into roles they are unqualified for. A Fiber guy runs Towers. A Tower Sales guy runs Fiber Sales. Finance guys run Operations. People without customer experiences have run Customer Experience. Be prepared for several reorganizations. Teams are completely reorganized every 24 months. Why? No one knows. Technology quality is poor. Mid-level management has been promoted based on ability to overcome bad technology with Power Points and duct taped Excel trackers. They don’t know how to lead people and the fallout is culture.
