Decent pay and schedule but poor follow-through on plans - Process Technician Crown Equipment Employee Review

Great company, loved everyone I worked with!

Typically in office everyday which can be tiring.

Very well paid compared to other market security personnel.

Comparatively underpaid and under appreciated within the Crown umbrella. Work load extends FAR outside normal site security work. Branches are paid the same, at times more than the home office, while work load remains centralized. Central office is incredibly undermanned and schedule is NOT family friendly.
