Pros
Most of the workers on the floor and in lower level management are great to work with. The plants are clean and safety is stressed throughout. As an employer the job is pretty solid, not too many lay offs.
Cons
Upper Level management can be bullying at times. Almost hostile at times when it comes to small things. No real incentives to floor workers. Unequal treatment to different workers is a huge problem. Salaries to floor workers have stalled over the years...small increases yearly that merely get absorbed by insurance increases. 401k isn't anything great, although there is a pension plan.
