      Pros

      They appear to have chances at advancement, average wages, benefits (barely). Others will recognize the company you work for. Where else are you realistically going to work at in the New Bremen area?

      Cons

      Benefits are amongst the worst I have personally ever been given. Insurance runs $100 a week and then there's your 401 k, which brings your "average" wage below what other companies in the area might pay you. Another concern for anyone not familiar with the New Bremen area is that rents are ridiculously inflated, as is property value.

      Pros

      Very well paid compared to other market security personnel.

      Cons

      Comparatively underpaid and under appreciated within the Crown umbrella. Work load extends FAR outside normal site security work. Branches are paid the same, at times more than the home office, while work load remains centralized. Central office is incredibly undermanned and schedule is NOT family friendly.
