      Pros

      Make your own hours/schedule and its a pay check. Pay scale was decent to good.

      Cons

      Terribly bad management, BAD CULTURE, team work aspect is missing, and no support. The management is constantly recruiting, instead of helping retain and grow their current employees. Not worth the stress you take home. Stay away.

      Pros

      Very well paid compared to other market security personnel.

      Cons

      Comparatively underpaid and under appreciated within the Crown umbrella. Work load extends FAR outside normal site security work. Branches are paid the same, at times more than the home office, while work load remains centralized. Central office is incredibly undermanned and schedule is NOT family friendly.
