Joined this company and treated badly from first day. Have never worked anywhere where a manager yells at at staff and swears at them. Plus is very moody and difficult to talk to. This person also makes us travel 3-4 hours to Manila as he does not want to drive to the branch. And we go all that way but don't receive any help. Just more shouting to go out and get more orders. We don't know what management does during their visit as we only see them for a couple of hours at a time and then they disappear. This company is also happy to sack staff with no explanation. This is a really humiliating experience and they don't care what affect it has on morale or overall results. No one wants to stay with them as it is better to be unemployed than be sworn at and humiliated constantly. HR in Singapore is aware of the issue and has investigated but sadly don't do anything. Despite all employees saying the same thing and consistent with there complaints. This company has one rule for some managers and another for local employees.
