A once great company at the end of the road - Corporate Account Manager Crown Equipment Employee Review

The company is on its way down and competitors have them in their sights. 3 year lead times on factory equipment is making the sales staff incredibly anxious. Managers get paid commission on order intake, not delivery (unlike sales staff) and don’t care about lying to customers to get a deal. Assets team (who are anything but assets to the company) are running the company into the ground from their comfy chairs tucked away in their head office. It’s so sad to see this once great company in a state like this.
