Pros
The compensation is relatively high but low in comparison to similar companies like NJ Malin or NTime material handling. You get to meet new people everyday and learn so much about how things are made at the warehouses or plants you go to. It’s also nice to have your own van and make your own schedule. This job is really as easy as you want it to be and the training is okay…most companies get none.
Cons
No one really does their job here, they just let everyone else deal with it. There’s no incentive to work hard or learn more or move up. You will never get paid or praised if you work harder. If you do get praised it'll be pretty trivial. There’s pretty much 0 useful training you receive. You should have a pretty high mechanical aptitude to work here or else you’ll sink. There’s also zero potential to move up because no one really gets fired so everyone stays complacent in the same position forever. You get rewarded for doing less work here.
