      Work is usually different everyday. Set your own schedule, almost. Great benefits. Raise 6 months. Work van. Wokr solo after first 2 months. Health Dental and other benefits.

      Cons

      When on the clock, not really paid for travel time under an hour. Work at times can be scarce. Must meet quotas. Management/administration is strict. Weather is unpredictable and usually have to work outdoors. Always being evaluated when at home site. Work solo after 2 months.

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
