Overall Crown makes a great product.
Cons
Pay scale and growth opportunities are not there. The average pay start out is $24 hr. Then there’s a cap depending on territory’s. I was with the company for quite some time and was a lead and was capped out at $33 hr. Also you’ll be worked to death, 60 hour weeks. Plus volentold weekends.
