Pros

The training staff in Birmingham are really good and know just about everything to know about the trucks and are always there to support when you need to

Cons

Unrealistic travel times in between jobs Unless your back found is fork lift truck don’t go for this job not beginner friendly no support of the team that are ment to help you and are payed to do so Nasty work environment full of snakes and people going out of your way to cause problems for you Low pay with minimum pay rises that were delayed by 3 months No site I went to where nice or glad to see you due to the poor reputation of the company No home office in the north east so had a formal meeting in a service station which I got upset in due to the stress and lack of support in the job Got told I was intentionally hitting traffic to add time on to my day even when there was a nasty crash on the A1 that I couldn’t have avoided All round the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for some shockers
