Pros
The best reason to work at Crown were the people. From top to bottom of the company all of my interactions were pleasurable. I worked in the corporate office, and had a 4 month old baby when I started. Management was always extremely understanding of my situation, and it was not a problem for them when I needed to tweak my schedule to fit in appointments etc. I was always treated with respect by all, and witnessed that to be true of others working there as well. Crown believes in advancement within the company. I saw many people get promoted from their original positions during the time I was there. I was also given extra training outside of the company (during work hours) that was hands on and very useful to me. Overall, the atmosphere at Crown is what most people will probably enjoy. It was never boring, and there was always something new to learn or another way to advance your position.

I didn't find any cons to working for Crown. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly.
