Crown Uniform & Linen Services Response
12yFirst, please let me thank you for your outstanding service with our company. If you were with us for ten years, something must have been going right for all of us. It is also good to know that you felt the people and benefits were good, and admire our CEO.
All companies today must support policies that create a positive work environment for everyone; where “PC” stands for “personal consideration” rather than “politically correct”. Because some employees thrive on independence while others prefer more structure and training, what one person perceives as micro-management, another might see as helpful guidance. These issues are an ongoing balancing act, but Crown is dedicated to creating a corporate culture that benefits all of our employees.
I have never heard that any of the owners failed to say hello to someone. If this has ever happened I am certain that it would have been unintentional. One of our core values is the acknowledgement that our greatest strength as a company is our employees.
Crown wishes you all the best going forward. I hope you are taking some fond memories with you.
