Family atmosphere, paid well, great incentives.

I worked there for several years and at the time I was dealing with some medical/personal issues that effected my work performance. I think if I had something negative to say it would just be nitpicking.

Good mid-level managers, not much micromanagement

A lot of turnover and owners expectations not realistic.
