Friendships, laughter, hands on training, focused and caring team members.

Cons

As the team is still working to constantly improve the Lab we are constantly growing. This eliminates many issues we possibly come across as they are taken care of as soon as they are found.

Poor communication, lack of respect for staff, decisions made by people with no understanding of lab workflow, excessive surveillance instead of support, declining quality, constant doctor complaints, and no real effort to fix issues.
