Pros

In my experience, Cru balances mission-driven work and projects with strict deadlines. They are proactive in driving work forward and ensuring accountability, yet remain highly supportive and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, they are innovative in their use of newer technologies.

Cons

Like any non-profit, progress can sometimes be slow. However, I often see these moments as reminders from God to love everyone and view them as opportunities to support and help others improve.

Pros

There are many pros to working with Cru. Great people and great teams doing great work in the lives of students at the campuses where they serve. You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Cons

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.
