Pros

The regular ol staff that every day are out serving in various ministries

Cons

The total dysfunction of HR & its policies having to cover up for the abuses of their senior leadership, and especially VP levels. Their lack of diversity and being sensitive to the needs of BIPOC

Pros

There are many pros to working with Cru. Great people and great teams doing great work in the lives of students at the campuses where they serve. You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Cons

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.
