-Flexible management that is easy to deal with -Easy schedule with very few required overtime hours -Good pay for what you do

-Fixed wages -Dirty job anyway you look at it - Working with customers is frustrating at times due to ignorant and rude customers, working in the shop is physically challenging, and working outside on the lot is something where you have to work in the heat all day
