Pros
Fun and challenging problem space to work on. In the city. Most people are smart.
Cons
Leadership and management are living the tech mantra 'fake it 'til you make it'. Often times they're not qualified for the title they receive or they don't have the experience and the ICs get the brunt end of the stick. The product development and engineering have a long way to go, don't trust that you'll get your company performance payouts. There are A LOT of unhappy people there. They're constantly changing the process of performance reviews, leveling, compensation, career ladder, product offering, etc. There was a good performance review system in place and they recently hacked it. Hold on tight for a wild ride while it takes years for them to establish this.
