Management pretty much sucks and most of my smart colleagues have left (Robotics) - Senior Software Engineer Cruise Employee Review

I hate the managers here, HR is pretty incompetent and a culture of favouritism has developed over the years. I have been under a ton of stress for the past few months because I don't see myself getting anywhere while being employed with cruise I don't see myself growing here hence writing this review and giving a resignation tomorrow.
