Pros

PTO was the best I've seen including holidays Insurance for health care etc was the best I've had in a long time but health care is lacking in this country. I was able to get mental health care and chiropractic care for debt rates but v with lack of pay it was calculating to go The pay was okay but I knew I wouldn't be able to pay off student loans v in position I was in would have been capped sooner than later due to position Free classes... Take them and get certificates Miss the friendly happy co workers 401k match is better than most places Not a full 40 hours a week is nicer than you think until you lose it They stopped leaving certain things per dept ie. Leave two hours early before every holiday

Cons

Management was disappointing , never follow through with training or advancing people Management choices were confusing because they lacked education and unable to provide help with your position Management made poor choices with the experienced people from pay to positions Management didn't hold co worker accountable for training and cross training etc Stop advancing people due to favoritism but due to knowledge and leadership. Nobody is perfect... Build people up and not down
