Pros

The personal trainers and SOME team members are nice and helpful.

Cons

Management does not care about you whatsoever and they do not keep track of information or requests for leave. They do not care if you have any emergency of any kind. Management absolutely will create any lie they like to cover themselves for anything no matter how it impacts anyone. Management violates HIPPA. The AC is kept on full blast all day every single day blowing directly down at the front desk and employees are not allowed to wear anything but the thin T-shirt they give and a long sleeve shirt (not provided) underneath, they will not provide employees with a company sweater or hoodie and they will do nothing to manage how uncomfortable employees might become with having the AC blowing directly on them for the entirety of their shift. If employees get sick while at work and throw up, they also will not care, they will send the employee right back to work without so much as a five minute break to try and calm themselves or their body after throwing up. There is a fake sense of family they try too hard to pretend exists within the business, it’s very fake and they absolutely do not care about the employees so do not fall for it.

Pros

Most of the employees easy to work with. Dawn was also great to work for. Everyone's attitudes where absolutely great... minus 1

Cons

I was told I was going to be full time. I had quit my other job because I was asked to be more flexible. Yet the schedule was a set schedule 9 to 1 . 20 hours a week 9$ an hour after 6 months I asked when will I go full time. The response was the custodian positions are only part time. Yet it was listed as full. I was told to quit my job because I needed to be fully available.. ?dawn was not the hiring person who hired me. I came here today year of 2026 because I recently saw a job posting saying custodian positions full time.?... so in here warning because its exactly what I saw when I got hired... full time..... I made 180 a week. Befor taxes. There was one trainer who told me I needed to vacuum a dust bunny but there was a man working out there i asked him it's ok to vacuum he said let me do my set. She snapped her finger and said do it now 😳...the customer got up looked at me looked at her and said I honestly want to not be at this gym any more. Then looked at me and said I know your doing what your told .
