Pros

Free gym membership Discounts on protein

Cons

The 1st 3 months is just you walking around bothering people who are working out and asking them if they would like to buy training. You will only make minimum wage up until you actually sell and then service sessions. Which can be difficult since you are usually not the only trainer patrolling the floor. Management does have the power to "feed" you clients, but those usually go to the favorites or people who are buddies with management.... Favoritism is huge in this company. Business plans ( monthly meetings to push trainer's to sell more) are demoralizing and unrealistic. No room for growth And Lots of politics. I was told if I made sales and work hard that I would be given more clients. How ever this never happens, they instead try to drive you to prospect (look for people on the gym floor to sell training to) while they continue to feed trainer's that wouldn't dream of wasting their time prospecting.

Pros

Most of the employees easy to work with. Dawn was also great to work for. Everyone's attitudes where absolutely great... minus 1

Cons

I was told I was going to be full time. I had quit my other job because I was asked to be more flexible. Yet the schedule was a set schedule 9 to 1 . 20 hours a week 9$ an hour after 6 months I asked when will I go full time. The response was the custodian positions are only part time. Yet it was listed as full. I was told to quit my job because I needed to be fully available.. ?dawn was not the hiring person who hired me. I came here today year of 2026 because I recently saw a job posting saying custodian positions full time.?... so in here warning because its exactly what I saw when I got hired... full time..... I made 180 a week. Befor taxes. There was one trainer who told me I needed to vacuum a dust bunny but there was a man working out there i asked him it's ok to vacuum he said let me do my set. She snapped her finger and said do it now 😳...the customer got up looked at me looked at her and said I honestly want to not be at this gym any more. Then looked at me and said I know your doing what your told .
