Pros

Free gym membership, opportunity to learn a ton about fitness

Cons

I just examined my last paycheck; I worked 108 hours over a 2 week period [including weekends]... which would be totally fine if I was making 6 figures. But last year I walked away with 33k. That's sad. Be prepared to work weekends, have zero holiday days [so work xmas eve, fourth of july etc]... there's no work life balance. You are made to feel guilty if you would like to take a vacation because you won't hit your quota and will be "letting your team down." There is very little training given before you are thrown in front of customers; it's a sink or swim mentality. If you are fresh out of college, and don't mind being slave driven - this is a great opportunity for you. There is definitely money to be made [uncapped commission!] - but only to top performers - most of which have been working for the company for several years - so they already have an established lead base/referral base.

Pros

Most of the employees easy to work with. Dawn was also great to work for. Everyone's attitudes where absolutely great... minus 1

Cons

I was told I was going to be full time. I had quit my other job because I was asked to be more flexible. Yet the schedule was a set schedule 9 to 1 . 20 hours a week 9$ an hour after 6 months I asked when will I go full time. The response was the custodian positions are only part time. Yet it was listed as full. I was told to quit my job because I needed to be fully available.. ?dawn was not the hiring person who hired me. I came here today year of 2026 because I recently saw a job posting saying custodian positions full time.?... so in here warning because its exactly what I saw when I got hired... full time..... I made 180 a week. Befor taxes. There was one trainer who told me I needed to vacuum a dust bunny but there was a man working out there i asked him it's ok to vacuum he said let me do my set. She snapped her finger and said do it now 😳...the customer got up looked at me looked at her and said I honestly want to not be at this gym any more. Then looked at me and said I know your doing what your told .
