Pros

The opportunity for advancement is great! Crunch's logo is No Judgments and that holds true inside the work place as well. There are all different types of people working at the locations and at corporate. They have a great company history and they do great things for their members. They promote from within but also allow outside applicants for positions. In doing this, they have a great group of people that you can very much enjoy working with on an everyday basis.

Cons

Downsides?? I really can't think of any right now. Occasionally there seems to be delays in things because of corporate red tape, but compared to other companies this is not a lot and usually there are good reasons for it. They're some what of a young company (21 years) so if you're looking for growth great but if you want a super serious corporate environment you won't really find it here. They're version of super corporate you still need to have a sense of humor and a personality. They're health benefits package is pricey but then again they build great relationships with various health physicians who will give you better rates.

Pros

Most of the employees easy to work with. Dawn was also great to work for. Everyone's attitudes where absolutely great... minus 1

Cons

I was told I was going to be full time. I had quit my other job because I was asked to be more flexible. Yet the schedule was a set schedule 9 to 1 . 20 hours a week 9$ an hour after 6 months I asked when will I go full time. The response was the custodian positions are only part time. Yet it was listed as full. I was told to quit my job because I needed to be fully available.. ?dawn was not the hiring person who hired me. I came here today year of 2026 because I recently saw a job posting saying custodian positions full time.?... so in here warning because its exactly what I saw when I got hired... full time..... I made 180 a week. Befor taxes. There was one trainer who told me I needed to vacuum a dust bunny but there was a man working out there i asked him it's ok to vacuum he said let me do my set. She snapped her finger and said do it now 😳...the customer got up looked at me looked at her and said I honestly want to not be at this gym any more. Then looked at me and said I know your doing what your told .
