      Have one of the best bosses of my whole career Company is in a building phase which is more fun than maintaining For the most part co-workers are smart, hardworking, and just want to do good things for users and the company. Less ego than at most tech/entertainment companies Anime is becoming more and more important to the entertainment landscape

      Like at all companies there are some difficult people

      Great culture when you have a great boss.

      Not great for contractors as they have too many limitations not allowing them to contribute as widely.

      Amazing Brand, Beautiful offices. Really sells the experience of a company run by fans in looks. Good People.

      Cons

      Most of the excitement and energy for anime is outside of the engineering department. Our team was largely directionless and pivoted mercilessly with a focus on obscure business interests. Engineering is bottom of the totem pole at that time
