Pros

Crushvertise is a great place to work at. I'm a media buyer here and a huge plus is the systems that are in place as well as the support to make it easier to succeed in my role. We launch a TON of ads, so having a team under me to help support me and reach my goals is amazing. I've media buyed for other companies in the past and didn't have near the level of support as I do at Crushvertise. Kurt is an excellent leader and really knows every in-and-out of the business and will work closely with you to maximize your earnings and achieve your goals.

Cons

Given the nature of this business, our pay is 100% performance based (no salary), and they pay net 30. All of this is fully transparent before you're hired, but just note that you'll need some savings to burn through when starting out as a media buyer. They are able to give commission advances under certain circumstances, so that can be a huge help. BUT it is a grind when starting out, so be prepared to put in a ton of time until you get profitable campaigns. That said, the potential to earn BIG here is definitely there; just note this isn't a cushy salary job where you can slack off. You really get out what you put in.

Pros

Kurt and the team at Crushvertise are amazing. They have the smoothest operation I have seen in all my 20 years as a CMO and consultant having worked with over 50 brands. They are well organized and professional yet with an enjoyable work environment. Crushvertise is in growth mode and is a great place to have a career. It is also a place to work with a team of "A" players. If you consider yourself a top talent, I recommend talking to Crushvertise immediately. "A" players thrive around other "A" players.

Cons

Not any that I experienced in my few months consulting with them.
