Pros
I joined Crushvertise with zero media buying experience. And while I was previously a 'traditional' direct response copywriter with an idea of how ads, and funnels, and copy all piece together... the transition to fully fledged media buyer has been as smooth as freshly churned butter. The team here - from fellow MBs, to senior management - have developed a culture full of positivity and with a 'aim higher' mentality. Working as a media buyer is a 24/7 full-on role (so be ready for it!) but the upsides - financially - are beyond comprehension. You're encouraged to think creatively and proactively to always be one step ahead so you can earn life-changing money. And you can see that very thing happening each day. Working at Crushvertise, you feel part of something special. I have a young family (3 kids) and I have the freedome to work around school pickups, and I can plan my own schedule while working 100% remotely from the UK. The company is hugely supportive and forward-thinking in this respect - it's wonderfully refreshing after experiencing a ton of friction in the past from former employers over working around my kids.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any. You'll get out of a role here, as much as you put in. You're supported each step of the way and taught to take ownership of issues so you can develop and learn from things to become better. This is without doubt, a good thing.
