Vertical integration is a real differentiator here, and being in the AI infrastructure space makes for interesting, fast-moving work. Onboarding was thorough (a full week), and the tools provided to do the job were solid.

The culture/environment could use work, and there's a lack of clear direction from leadership. Team dynamics were a challenge in my experience.
