Pros
Generally seems to be a flexible workplace and people are friendly. Most employees seem to like working there, or at least come across that way.
Cons
Below average pay. Very few opportunities to advance internally, as leadership positions are held by those who have been with the company for decades. Projects are incredibly slow, and there's a certain level of complacency that exists culturally which contributes to this. I was often mind-numbingly bored and without any direction or tasks provided by management, and found myself wondering what my co-workers and managers did to fill their time as well.
