Pros

Discount on products. Some nice people that work for the company.

Cons

Everything else. Lowball pay, horrible hours, tough to get time off, incompetence at the management level. Also the main branch of the Company likes to pretend the Retail Store employees are below them and essentially act like they are not real employees, despite having a much more difficult job than the call center folks.
