Pros

Fast-paced, challenging job opportunities while working with some wonderful agents.

Cons

They don't pay their administrative positions nearly what they are worth and I don't think they really care. Their attitude is that if you quit they'll just hire someone else to do the job until they burn out and then they'll hire another one, and another one and so on.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
