Pros

The people are so genuine. Everyone you work with has some quality you will like. If you are a realtor - you are treated like GOLD.

Cons

If you are an Employee - you are just a person, you are replaceable (unless you are in the C-Suite). The pay for Nashville is way under standard. No raises, no bonuses, no incentives. Benefits are very unfortunate.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
