Pros

Training, roots in the region, brand recognition and trust, group insurance, vendor discounts, nice offices, great network of professionals, support and tools to succeed

Cons

This is not a career for everybody, it takes a while to begin earning commissions and you have to work hard to pay your dues and show that you know what you're doing.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
