Pros

They offered classes to continue your Real Estate education and how to best advertise your business. And they offer free marketing services through their intranet. You make your own hours as a Realtor.

Cons

The main downside which is an industry downside, not specific to Crye-Leike, is that you are an independent contractor who works solely on commission. It's a feast or famine type of career.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
