Pros

Some advantages of Crye-Leike are the systems already in place. They offer website, 1-800-hotline numbers, laser printing, office space, conference rooms with a desktop pc and some sales tips/training. They boast the relo and referral network -see cons.

Cons

There's no free ride! It has been a few years for me but average cost to be affiliated with Crye-Leike was $125 per month (maybe more now). Harold Crye and Dick Leike are great people and business owners. They are a business though and each of these services come with a premium pricetag. Cha-Ching! I think it is fair to say for most agents commission splits are 70/30 with ability to flex up throughout the year with more sales but many do not get to the flex point. If you take the relocation and referral network deal, go ahead and hold your hands high in the air, the commission split is near robbery! Bottom line, if you are looking for "easy" then Crye-Leike may be for you. If you are on a tight budget, I would suggest a company that offers no monthly fee and a low commission split. Buy/set up the same services for yourself and save a little more there. It takes a little more on the front end but drops to your bottom line -rather than Crye-Leike's.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

Pros

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
