Pros

The IT department isn't very streamlined at all so you get exposure to a bunch of different technologies and applications. They paid out my pto days after lay off.

Cons

Was laid of after 4 months of employment, which indicates a lack of planning and foresight, Not sure how you clear a hire and then can't afford them 4 months later. Manager was rude and would talk in a very inappropriate way about members in other departments. Forced team to mostly work on-site while he worked from home the majority of the time. Come in at 11 and leave at 3 with an hour lunch break kind of manager.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
