Pros

Company has been in Memphis since 1977. Still privately held. Chance for independence and growth. Culture of connecting and pushing yourself to the next level. A lot of people who have been with the company for many years. Some flexibility.

Cons

Spread out. Depending on where you are, your view may be different. Has a lot to do with the individual relationships at a given location.

Pros

Agent training is best in the business. Broker support is best hands on with friendly office staff. This is the best overall/most well rounded brokerage I’ve been with.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Some will say commission splits but you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate brokers.

There were zero pros at Crye-Leike Commercial

Cons

They pressured me to dress more feminine (dresses, skirts) and also crossed even more serious boundaries by inserting themselves into my personal life after I made the mistake of being honest and disclosing a medical condition for which I had to miss a couple days of work for. I quit and regret not persuing legal action for their violations.
