Pros
My experience thus far at CrystalCommerce has been quite rewarding. I've found that if you work hard and show initiative, the company will reward you and invest in your future. The atmosphere is not like your typical office job, so if you are used to a more strict and structured environment this may not be for you.
The company is quite young and the coworkers are all very pleasant to be around. Everybody seems to get along well and things like company lunches, game nights and Holiday parties help foster the positive relationships with each other.
The pay at the company is fair and the benefits are getting better all the time. There is a lot of work to do still, but Dan has never had any issue investing in employees, whether it be buying lunches, cool gadgets, gifts during the Holidays, or gift cards.
All in all, for somebody just starting their career this is a great opportunity to learn some new skills and help out small businesses in the game and hobby industry.
Cons
There is some disorganization within the company and a lot of work needs to be done to add structure and discipline. This isn't abnormal for a company so young.
There needs to be more focus. Lots of things going on at once and it can lead to some getting a little disorganized and frustrated.
