      Flexible scheduling They work around school, family obligations, and second jobs within reason Great coworkers Given opportunities to advance My supervisor is extremely supportive of my goals

      Cons

      Not enough hours given to the staff to support the store. Some days you get so burnt out Some management tends to talk behind other managers backs Frequently running donation programs for customers to donate to what ever cause of the month.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim
