      Good learning experience. Helped develop customer service skills.

      Cons

      Management was awful. There was no organization. Training was non existent. Was berated multiple times for doing something one manager had told me to do that the other didn't like.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
