      Pros

      Good pay, most of my coworkers were lovely people, my direct supervisor was great and cared about her employees.

      Cons

      One coworker was rude to the point where multiple people were afraid of working with her. She is the main reason I stopped working there. Also, some of my coworkers had issues with some managers not handling transfers/time off well.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      Cons

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
