Lack of communication, upper management doesn’t listen, full time is hard to get, move you to whatever department they want without telling you

- busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

Cons

- outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
