      1. Honestly, some days the only reason I stay is the people I work with. They're pretty great. 2 . Union

      Cons

      1. Poor communication at the store level. 2. Poor policy for giving breaks. Only get two 15 minute breaks even when working 8 hours. I had to speak up and demand my state mandated lunch break.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
