      Good Team, good training methods

      Cons

      Received the same pay as another employee at the store who did significantly less labor intensive work; did not know schedule until day before it started; was a more valuable employee than many of the full-timers and was treated as such but paid much less

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
