      Pros

      Pay scale is nice and the people who work with me a good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Managers determine the work experience, they hire a lot of people that don’t do good work or only stick around for a month which is irritating. I’ve worked with a few specific people who somehow get away with doing nothing and stuck around for months sometimes years. Benefits are okay but they have no health insurance.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
