      PTO and 401k match are really good and generous. People seem to be hard workers most of the time. I had a lot of experiences.

      Cons

      Everything else really needs some fine tuning and changes in order to be more successful. Work life balance really needs to be looked at.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
