      Pay was fine in a management position

      Cons

      Worked here for years and worked my way up to management. Nothing is about you as a person. Standards are unattainable, upper management only cares for themselves, unless you have a known last name in the company you're always going to be held to different expectations than others.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
