      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, the majority of the in store managers were very nice (2 bad managers out of 20+ worked with), pay increases come at a decent rate.

      Cons

      Often short staffed, scheduling can sometimes be hectic, weekends are usually your workdays because they're the busiest.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
